Meet our team leaders:
President - David Blain started his career at Elite in 1992 as
Purchasing Manager and has worked in nearly every aspect of our
business. Immediately prior to his promotion to president, David
had great success as Vice President of Operations for all eight of Elite’ production facilities, a position which enabled him to instill in others his passion for the reprographics industry, his care and concern for his fellow employees and his keen sense of urgency. An Illinios native, David holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from CSU Hayward.

When Controller Carolyne Kerans joined Elite in 2002, she brought with her 15 years of experience in the construction and building industry, having worked with a large engineering firm and a homebuilder. She received her business management and accounting degree from CSU Hayward. Carolyne’s attention to detail guarantees the accuracy of all your Elite statements and reports, and helps ensure our compliance with today's business regulations.


Director of Digital Services Evelyn Cruz became an IT consultant to some of the UK’s largest retail fashion corporations after she graduated from UC Berkeley. Nine years later, she joined her first reprographics firm, learning the details of our industry and the cycles of the construction business. First as a Reprographic Consultant at OCB Reprographics in San Diego and then joining Elite in 2006. Evelyn’s years of experience and technological expertise provide Elite clients with a distinct advantage in understanding and getting the most from our digital products and services.
